Case Study – Bad Breath, Pain & Lack of Confidence

This lovely 44-year-old lady referred herself to see me because of her increasing lack of self-confidence. This was due to the severe looseness and yellow appearance of her teeth. She was also getting some bleeding from her gums. She wanted to improve her smile and be able to eat and smile with confidence.

Although it was theoretically possible to have her upper and lower teeth moved with cosmetic braces by Dr Ciara Ennis (specialist orthodontist), the treatment will not have satisfied her wishes. The patient and I therefore agreed to have same day dental implants in the upper jaw (by Dr Ope Sodeinde) and cosmetic braces in the lower jaw only. I am sure you will agree that the final result is a significant improvement in her smile and she was extremely happy with the result
