Avoidance is common when you have missing teeth. We provide a diagnosis-first initial consultation for £245, which includes detailed 3D imaging to assess your jawbone. There is no obligation to proceed after this first visit.

We provide assessments led by Dr Ope Sodeinde, a specialist periodontist. This ensures your implant plan is based on a specialist's clinical evaluation of your gum health and bone levels.
Cost is often the first concern for our patients. To remove the guesswork, our fees are published and itemised, and the consultation fee is credited towards any treatment you choose to start.
We provide a practice-backed 10-year warranty on dental implants. This covers the product and workmanship of the restoration.
Your assessment is performed by Dr Ope Sodeinde, a Specialist in Periodontics (GDC No: 104071). Periodontics is the dental specialty for gums and the bone that supports teeth, which are the tissues that support an implant. We provide sedation options if you are anxious so that fear does not stop you from replacing a missing tooth.
The £245 consultation fee goes towards the cost of any treatment you choose to have with us; it is not an extra on top. We use the Straumann implant system and provide a 10-year warranty on the implant system, covering the screw, prosthesis, and all implant-related treatment in writing. Note that x-rays taken outside the mouth, such as CT scans and OPGs, are not included in the consultation fee. A CT scan, where required, starts from £150, though CT is included in all implant treatment prices. For a full breakdown, see our implant costs guide.
We will determine if you are a candidate for implants and assess your jawbone health during this visit.
Leave your number and we will call you back. Nothing is booked until you say so.
We provide two appointments for one fee. This ensures you have a clear diagnosis and the time to consider your options without pressure.
Appointment 1 is a specialist consultation and clinical examination. Dr Ope Sodeinde performs this visit to reach a proper diagnosis.
Appointment 2 is a complimentary second visit. It is conducted by Dr Sodeinde himself so you can ask as many questions as required before any treatment begins.
Medical history often creates uncertainty about whether implants are possible. We use an initial consultation to assess your specific health profile and determine the safest path forward. This clinical assessment is the only way to confirm if your current health allows for osseointegration, the process where the bone fuses to the implant.
We provide a multidisciplinary team at our London practice to manage every stage of your care. This includes Dr Ope Sodeinde, our Periodontist and Clinic Owner, who is a Specialist in Periodontics (GDC No: 104071). He works alongside our specialists in other fields to ensure your restoration is stable: Dr Neha Patel (Specialist Endodontist), Dr Kia Papagalani (Specialist Orthodontist), Dr Nicky Dehbonei and Dr Lydia Dzhukha. Florentina Sodeinde provides expert care as a Dental Therapist and Facial Aesthetics Director.
The consultation includes a clinical assessment and in-mouth x-rays. The fee is £245. This amount is credited towards any treatment you choose to start with us. You own the resulting treatment plan regardless of whether you proceed.
We use local anaesthetic as standard. For those who need it, sedation is available. Most patients return to work the next day.
Bone loss usually narrows your options rather than ending them. We use imaging to determine the specific requirements for your jaw. This is a no obligation to proceed first step to see what is possible for you.
