We establish whether you have enough bone to support a restoration and map exactly where it is lacking, then plan the volume of graft needed.
Under local anaesthetic, the gum is lifted and grafting material is placed to rebuild the ridge. In some cases we use guided tissue regeneration to protect the area while the new bone forms.

Subgingival cleaning and root debridement clear infection before any graft; the laser procedure and gum irrigation are used where they fit.
